Our people are our key asset. We only recruit individuals of graduate calibre holding a minimum Bachelors degree. A significant proportion of our staff have a Computer Science background. They initially undergo a comprehensive training programme covering areas such as:

• Recruitment methodology
• Searching online CV databases
• Boolean Searching
• Developing internet research skills
• CV screening
• Business Communication Skills
• Candidate Profiling

On successful completion of the training the Resourcer is assigned to assist an experienced Resourcer working with a client. This gives preparation to the Resourcer before being assigned to service his/her own dedicated client.

Our Resourcers are specifically trained in recruitment industry practice and develop skill sets in the following areas:

• Detailed knowledge of all the major job boards
• Experts in Boolean searching
• Skilled in internet research
