Graduate Recruitment Researchers

We are looking for young career minded graduates with 6-12 months commercial experience and a desire to join a young and vibrant company with the real prospect for career progression. You should be fluent in English (both written and spoken) and be customer service oriented as you will be dealing with an international client base. Full training will be given to the successful applicants. After initial training you will act as Account Resourcer for international clients servicing their recruitment needs. You should therefore have a keen desire to develop good client relationship skills as this will be a key performance benchmark.

Key Requisites

  • Graduate caliber, preferably with a post graduate qualification
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) with a desire to develop fluency to a business level standard
  • Dealing with and servicing the recruitment needs of international clients
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer literate with good internet searching skills

Business Development Executive (Lahore)

A young a career minded graduate with 6-12 months commercial experience who has strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate in English at a business level standard. You should be customer service oriented as you will be dealing with an international client base. Full training will be given to the successful applicant. After initial training you will act as a Business Development Executive taking inbound sales enquiries and making outbound marketing calls to international companies to generate interest in our outsourced  recruitment solutions. You should therefore have a keen desire to develop good client relationship skills as this will be a key performance benchmark.

  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Ability to market our outsourced recruitment solutions over the phone to international companies
  • Computer literate with good internet searching skills
  • Ability and desire to develop strong client relationship skills
